Over the next several days I am going to introduce to you, a few artists who have other "artistic" interests on the side. These artists don't call themselves photographers, but their work says differently. These are, in my humble opinion, some awesome shots!
Chauncey
The first "photographer" that I would like to introduce to you is "Chauncey" or Eileen. I have had the pleasure of becoming friends with Chauncey through a group on Etsy.com for which she is now one of the fearless leaders. Her photography is breathtaking.
The first pieces I saw of hers were of the Penitentiary in Pennsylvania and I was hooked on her work. Clean, fresh, deep and thoughtful, her work inspires me to create. Her use of depth and spacial reasoning, the way in which she uses the full space of her lens, the focal points of her pieces pull you into the the subject matter, wondering. Wondering not about the purpose of the piece, but of the energy, of the structure, of the beauty.
In all, I wish this Philadelphia photographer would frame em up and sell them! Maybe you can encourage her to do that! Please leave words of encouragement for this artist in the comments section for this article.
Here are some examples of her work:

You chose a very talented artist to write about on your blog. You are right (are you listening Chauncey?) - your photographs are spectacular and should be framed and sold!
Thanks Brett for bringing her photos to our attention.
I totally agree!! Chauncey, your photography is brilliant!! (I got that word from our UK friends)
Chauncey is a fabulous photographer. Her work is exciting and creative....great feature.
Vannie, I am totally surprised. (in a good way) haha Thank you so much for featuring me and my photos. What a sweet thing to do. I'm anxious to see who your next featured person will be.
I've always loved Chaunceys photography. Thanks Vannie for bringing it to the forefront!! I had the privilege of being in both Chauncey and Beth Peardon's presence when they were taking photographs at Longwood Gardens....what a treat!
I have great respect for Chauncey and her ability to
give her photographs feeling. There is a richness and
depth that make you want to be part of the photo.
She should indeed sell them but knowing her probably
not. Great blog Brett.
Great article Brett and her work is spectacular
I agree with you, Brett. Chauncey's photos are wonderful!
